What this page covers

This page is about imperix.io, our marketing site. The only personal data we collect here is the email address you give us if you ask to join the closed-alpha whitelist. If you already play the game, the full policy covering your account lives at game.imperix.io.

The whitelist form

• What we collect: your email address, and nothing else. No name, no account, no profile.
• Why: so we can email you an invitation when a place opens in the closed alpha.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete your address.
• How long: until the alpha closes or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
• Marketing: we do not send marketing email from this list, and we never sell or share it.

Who processes it

The address is stored on our servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH) and delivered by Resend, our email provider. Cloudflare sits in front of this site for security and performance, so it processes your IP address and sets the security cookies described in the full policy. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and acts only on our instructions.

Cookies on this site

This page sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the form, Cloudflare's own security cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and builds no profile of you. If we ever add analytics that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected]and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority, though we would rather you gave us the chance to fix it first.
